220 Ellis Way Project - Golden, CO

Conveniently located in Golden, Colorado within the 6th Ave West neighborhood, this home has been fully reimagined. With the addition of a finished basement including bedroom, bathroom, media room and new egress windows, this home added an additional ~1800 sq/feet of living area. On the main level, many of the non-load bearing walls were removed, opening up the floorplan that matches the needs of today's families.  With easy proximity to hiking trails, I-70 corridor skiing, and downtown Golden, this home wsa designed with the Colorado outdoor family in mind. 

Inspired by a modern rustic aesthetic + the ability to entertain, this Holly Hills home balances inviting finishes w/ crafted elements on nearly a .5 acre lot. This project included removing several non-load bearing walls to open up the floor plan, all new windows, master bedroom enlargement, finished basement including 2 new bedrooms + 1 new bathroom, media room and all new landscaping including new concrete deck, pass-thru entertainment counter/sitting area and firepit.
